This is a myth! Tutoring is for everyone. All types of students benefit from tutoring, from those who are academically gifted to those who require more extensive support with learning.<\/p>

Absolutely! During the first lesson, new students complete an assessment which will enable me to devise a bespoke plan of action to support and encourage your child\u2019s learning. It will fill in any gaps their knowledge, enabling them to gain confidence to build on their skills. \n\n**Please note that the assessment is only carried out for KS2 1:1 students. KS1 students are assessed as part of every lesson, and adjustments are made as necessary, in order to provide the best possible support for each child.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The number of individual lessons per week depends on the parent's budget.<\/p>

Most group courses take place once a week, with the exception of the SAT booster classes. These classes are for Y6 students, and I offer grammar and reading comprehension. Students can attend one or both, depending on the skills they need to work on.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
